I just wanted to send a note to say how pleased my family and I were with the Disney Princess Castle.  Shona was so excited to see how quickly the bouncy went up.  I appreciated that your team cleaned the inflatable after setting it up.  We all had a great time and the castle kept the children busy for hours.

Just wanted to thank you for the great inflatable for our event on this past Saturday.  Your employee who delivers and sets up the inflatable was fantastic!  We had an issue with the 2 generators we had, and this of course delayed him from going to his other sites.  He was very flexible and worked well with the janitor of the school to find a solution and he moved the inflatable to a closer area to an outlet.  Anyway, just want to thank him very much for his patience and his problem solving skills....
